- Minimum of 5 calendar days to respond, however, it is up to the Federal Department User to determine the minimum number of days
- Contracts must not exceed Limitation of Expenditure defined in the contract
Solutions Based Informatics Professional Services (SBIPS) – IM/IT Professional Services

Tier 1
- Opportunities sent directly to vendors and posted to GETS
- Managed by client or PWGSC
- Minimum 5 SA holders must be invited for opportunities up to and including $1M
- A minimum of 7 SA holders must be invited for opportunities greater than $1M upto and including $2M
- Minimum 10 calendar days to submit a proposal; this may be extended based on complexity of the requirement
- Invited suppliers list is final at the release of the RFP, no additional suppliers will be added to the list
- Contracts must not exceed Limitation of Expenditure defined in the contract
Tier 2
- Managed by PWGSC or SSC
- All qualified Tier 2 SA holders invited to submit a proposal
- Minimum of 20 calendar days to submit a proposal
- Contracts must not exceed Limitation of Expenditure defined in the contract

Call-up Limitations: up to $250,000 to SO Holders in accordance with the following:
- Right of first refusal, rates are firm
- Clients may issue call-ups to the SO holder with the lowest cumulative price
- If the SO holder with the lowest cumulative price is unable to provide the qualified resource(s) required, the next lowest cumulative price SO holder may be issued the call-up
- Should more than one SO holders have an identical lowest cumulative price, clients may issue the call-up to the SO holder of its choice
